The Canal and White River State Park run straight through downtown lined with beautiful walkways, art, nature, and access to the above streets. MASS AVE 

Massachusettes Avenue is known as the Arts and Theater District and it is always exciting and bustling! The area is full of free-spirited and friendly people who enjoy spending time around the numerous local shops, art galleries, and restaurants! The street is famous for its outdoor art, locality, and laid-back fun bar/restaurants. This is the place to find unique shopping and eating scenes! 

 WHOLESALE DISTRICT 

 

 Between Downtown’s historic buildings and skyscrapers in the business district, you’ll find the biggest company’s and the brightest lit attractions of Downtown Indianapolis. Entertainment is front and center in the Wholesale District. There are plenty of apartments, hotels, restaurants, bars, and shops in this district! This is home to Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Hilbert Circle Theatre and the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, The Indiana Repertory Theatre, Circle Centre Mall, Rhythm Discover Centre, Indianapolis Artsgarden, and Monument Circle! The streets are always bustling with people and Monument Circle is always hosting outdoor events!

FOUNTAIN SQUARE

This vibrant neighborhood filled with vibrant, creative people is one of Indianapolis’s most loved areas! Fountain Square is full of great food, uncommon shops, noteworthy architecture, and distinctive entertainment. The neighborhood revolves around art, visual art, performing arts, literary arts, and some pretty artsy food places! 

 

INDIANA AVENUE 

Indiana Avenue stretches from the Central Canal and White River. It embodies the rich African-American heritage of Indianapolis. Here, history, restored neighborhoods, and music all come together. It is a vibrant social, residential, commercial, and educational area that holds the IUPUI campus as well!
